Management of exhibition spaces for BlueSpirit retail

All Bluespirit network sales points need Point of Purchase (POP) materials in different sizes and media, to be placed inside shops in various locations, in line with the corporate marketing style and related to the various ongoing campaigns.
The client came to 4Flying with a need for a tool that simplifies the entire management of the process, from the printing orders stage through to shipping and mounting. The solution needed to provide global coverage of the POP locations within the stores.
With 4 Flying it was configured an informatic solution, which allows the supervision of the ongoing reordering of POP materials and the management of the printing and distribution of advertising material to the entire network of stores, through the mapping of different outlets. This solution gives the opportunity for every Store Manager to order specific materials for the store. In addition, through the availabilityof sales figures, the Store Managers can monitor the impact of the in-store communication at each sales point.
